It would be criminal to leave Shanghai without sampling their traditional Xiao Long Bao (steamed soup buns)! Ding Tai Feng is a great place to get your fill of delicious Xiao Long Bao. Be careful not to scald your mouth with the hot soup in these buns - one strategy is to nibble on the side of the bun so you can drink the soup slowly.
